Kyle is truly the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with — and a huge reason we’ll continue bringing our Chevy in for service. He went above and beyond in helping us navigate ongoing issues with our Suburban and kept me updated every step of the way. Even when I was frustrated and feeling pretty hopeless, Kyle remained patient, proactive, and reassuring. His follow-through, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. Plus its defiintely overpriced for what I understand to be a "free maintenance service" $200..but hey that is the world we now live in. It just bugs me how all these companies profess we love and care for our customers.. but honestly can't back it up in reality. Its endemic.

The manager at the service department put profits before the client. Bought a new car and it’s experiencing issues while driving at high speeds 75-80 miles per hour with less than 3k miles on it. I took my car in to be checked. I received a call from the service department asking if I could go drive the car with the technician because they legally cannot drive the vehicle at high speed to replicate the problem. I said yes and drove 45 minutes to the dealership to drive with the technician. The manager then declined for me to drive with his technician because I wanted to drive up to Petaluma from Novato because their stretch of the 101 is a construction zone and Petaluma is not. I own 3 Chevy trucks 2 brand new and one 2018 with 40 k mile, I took one of my new 2024 Chevy for rear camera service, they fix it but they said it will break down again due to faulty cable and it’s not under Chevy warranty, a truck with only 3000 mile on it and I had to pay hundreds to fix it. 9 days ago I took my truck for oil change and tire rotation, after picking up the truck the tire check engine lights up and showing problem with tires. I took the truck back there and they blamed it on the sensor and asked me to pay them to replace it. I rotate tires always at Costco never had a problem since 2018. As soon as Chevy rotated the tires, the sensor broke down. And the representative telling me it’s out of battery 😂😭😂 and the sensor must be replaced. How come as soon as your IQ service g
