Dave and Cynthia were absolutely incomparable with regards to their professionalism while also light enough that I was comfortable working with them on my estimate. Surprisingly, what a previous shop stated was wrong, was not the problem at all, after an NTB tech diagnosed my vehicle properly. The final invoice ended up being less than expected, so I'm really just elated with my experience at this location! Keep up the great work!

Great experience, just now he let me get my alignment $30 cheaper and let me know why instead of just charging me the $100 he thouht it would be a week ago. Also got my suspension fixed yesterday. All great service. Mo is a great guy and didn't cheat me.

Waited a few weeks before making this review to see if my problems would be resolved. Made an appointment to go early in the morning after dropping kids off to school because I was told that it would only take an hour and a half max for them to do my oil change and change my tires. After a couple hours passed I went in to check on the status because I didn’t receive a call from them. The lady at the front told me that they weren’t able to start on the car because they could not find my tire lock and someone should’ve called me to let me know. The tire lock was in the center compartment of my car by the way. At that point, the front desk ended up telling me that it would take a couple more hours to do. My tire was losing pressure so took my car in. They found 2 nails and plugged both (only charged me for one plug). But my tires were nearly 5 years old and need to be replaced, so Moe did his magic and gave me a price for 4 new tires with all the fixin's, Hazard insurance, 4 wheel alignment. I made an appointment for the next day and left. While I was home, I called around to see if I could find a better deal somewhere else. I had experience with Mr Tire and while they would match the price, I felt Moe and Cynthia at NTB were much more personable and accommodating. When I told Moe, Mr Tire would match, he found a few more dollars he could shave off. I appreciated him trying so hard for my business. So I returned for my scheduled appointment and while I was there I had them change the oil.

Very helpful with any questions I had about my car . I would Definitely have my work done there. Manager took the time to explan everything.
