NTB-National Tire & Battery

I had one of my best experiences with an auto repair shop today in 55 years of driving. Our car battery died while I was waiting for my wife to exit our gym. I called the nearby Toyota dealership where she takes the car for service and repairs and asked if someone could make the 3 minute trip to help me. Toyota told me to get a jump and didn't budge when I said I had no way to do so. Toyota then told me to call AAA - I didn't have the time to wait because we needed to leave in an hour to head to an important appointment. So, I called the nearby NTB where we get our tires. They immediately sent someone over to jump start the car. I drove straight over to NTB and they took our car in immediately and had us ready to go in just 30 minutes. I had a great experience at the National Tire and Battery (NTB) on Garrisonville Road in Stafford, VA. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and they were super quick and efficient. Edwin provided the best customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s always nice to feel taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. My car was taken in as scheduled and the service was conducted as expected, they are never pushy and ensured I knew the dealers scheduled maintenance for my car. Much lower priced than the dealer and service was exponentially faster! Thanks!

NTB was super busy and had no appointment time but Edwin still managed to squeeze me in. Just drop your car and Edwin will definitely be the man to help you out!! I dropped my car at 11 and my car was ready by 230pm at a busy day!! Definitely recommend this place!! Also they have great pricing and don't sugar coat. Best service!!

Update: I am changing my original review from 01 star to a 4 star. I am however leaving the original post. After I made the original review the general manager reached out and made it right. The manager at the NTB also spoke to me personally and explained that they were just worried about damaging my vehicles wheel. I do have a very expensive vehicle with large rims for a sedan, but it is the stock set up size. I did buy tires from them at a tremendous discount. I will have them installed elsewhere. It should be noted that while they stuck to their guns and refused to install, they also went out of there way to make it right. Everyone was respectful and professional at all times.
