Nucar Honda of Westford Service

The car services were fine, if pricey (as expected). However, the issue was the racial profiling. Do not assume that people speak other languages just from their appearance.

One of their employees tried to cause an accident right outside the dealership that almost killed me and he was just flipping me off. They have no respect for anyone especially women. Do not get service from these volatile and ill behaved men.

Great dealership. Honda is a great car and this dealership takes great care of their customers in sales and service.

I purchased a used vehicle here. I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew Labrecque in sales. Matt was fantastic to work with. He made the entire process easy. No pressure at all. My only complaint is, I wish the Service Department did a better job on the delivery of the vehicle. I had to bring the car back one week later for a service and cleaning. This should’ve been done before I took ownership of the vehicle. However, my overall experience at Nucar Honda of Westford was great.

Worked with Paul Calnan a bunch now helping me service my car whether it's oil changes, tire changes, and even returning flat tires. Very helpful guy and returns calls in timely manners.
