5 star service. Was parked out on a dirt road to deliver at job site. Made a mistake and parked where truck was at an incline and all fuel ran to right side tank. They brought me some fuel in the middle of nowhere in a timely manner and charged a very fair price considering the circumstances. Would absolutely deal with them again. Thank you.

Got screwed big time. Had a 26' box truck winched out of a muddy gravel road 30 miles from their shop. Was booked through our leasing company so they took full advantage of putting the screws to them / us. Charged $1700 for 1 wrecker to come out "because they had to send the big one" They had a little bit of trouble finding where we were, that was their best explanation for why it was so expensive. We could have hired someone out of Kansas City to run up there for less. It was less than 3 hours from the time they got the call to when we were easily pulled out for $1700 ... wow! We have their pictures and invoice to prove the carnage. If you're a trucker in a bind I would go elsewhere or they'll take full advantage of you also.

First answer the phone saying who you are and not a what or just hello then 295$ to tow in town not even a mile your insane
