Nyle Maxwell CDJR Fiat Killeen Service Department

I have had the best experience with Nyle Maxwell . Valerie in the service department is amazing, she updates you and does her absolute best to make it happen. She even stayed a few minutes late for my arrival to pick up my truck and it is running amazing again.

Let me start with saying I’ve been to a lot of Dodge dealerships, and Nyle Maxwell Killeen is by far the best dealer I have been to. I tried various dealers to get a service done on my car and all gave me trouble and the run around. Nyle Maxwell was happy to help me as soon as I walked in. Valerie was so nice, helpful, comforting and knowledgeable about the service I needed. They got my car in and out fast, and even offered free uber rides home and back to the dealer. We also bought a brand new Dodge Durango a few weeks later which was also a pain free and very fast experience for my wife. I will definitely recommend Nyle Maxwell Killeen to ANYONE, BEST DEALER EVER!!!

Had a problem with my radio screen jumping around. Josh was very helpful. They could not repair the problem but replaced the radio within a day. All repairs covered under warranty. This is the very first time that I have used a warranty after having 10 new vehicles. It is great knowing there were no hassels.

They had my Jeep for 4 days just to diagnose it and i had to call them each day to get a status update. Who knows how long it would have been if i didn't constantly call. After finally diagnosing it they blamed all of the issues on “regular maintenance” and refused to honor the warranty they pushed onto me when i bought the jeep from them. Their warranty requires you to have all your maintenance done through them directly so i had been paying for ridiculously overprice oil changes for the last 2 years just for them to weasel their way out of honoring the warranty. Only reason i gave 2 stars is because Jessica actually helped me by getting another tech to pull my vehicle in when the original tech was back logged. Great service and always kept me updated! Did a thorough check of the vehicle and took it upon themselves to replace things I would have needed to come in for later saving me tons of money and time! Highly recommend going through them if your car or truck has any problems.
