Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change

Not a fan of the unnecessary up sales. Sure I get the additive attempts. But recommending an air filter replacement for a shiny white filter. Come on. That said. If you just get the oil change and car wash and kindly refuse the other sales, you will be delighted by the friendly, quick and reasonably price service.

I am a longtime customer of Oil Stop. My car has over 275,000 miles on the engine and I credit Oil Stop for keeping it running. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the management is always available to discuss any concerns and receive feedback. Oil Stop recommends more frequent service than the vehicle manufacturer does, but in my opinion that is very important, especially as the car ages. I am never pressured to purchase anything. I couldn’t imagine going any place else to get my vehicle serviced! I highly recommend Oil Stop.

A+ Service! I’ve been an Oil Stop customer for 16 years now and not once have they ever fallen short of decent service. Today I was helped by Moses at my favorite Oil stop location off of Lakeville in Petaluma. Moses was super attentive and very efficient. I was followed up with the help of Yvette, who had excellent customer service and was super friendly. For those who complain about the oil technicians making recommendations for add-ons that can improve overall functionality of the vehicle (that’s their job!!) they’ve always done this and is their way of letting you know that if you want to upgrade, they can do it for no additional time. As always, the staff at oil stop is top notch. The day I went in was very, very busy so some of the things like airing the tires and lubricating the doors weren’t services that were offered this time. It felt more like they needed to hurry and move people through as quickly as possible. I appreciate those additional services. That is the only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars this time.

Went for oil and filter changes. Done professionally and timely. Exceptional service from Byron. Definitely deserve a praise and a raise for his exceptional work.
