Olympia Luxury Coaches

My wife and I recently purchased a Millennium Prevost from Olympia Luxury Coaches. Our purchase experience was fantastic from start to finish. I contacted Brad after seeing the coach on their website and made arrangements to fly into Nashville to see it in person. We arrived at Olympia which is an impressive and beautiful facility. We were greeted by Brad and he gave us a tour of the coach. The quality, condition and paint scheme was exactly what we were looking for. However the interior, although in excellent condition was not the colors we wanted . After expressing these concerns with Brad we met with the owner Austin. I was passing through the Nashville area and they were able to diagnose and repair my Webasto as well as some additional issues that I created (bottomed out entering a parking lot) the day prior to my arrival. I was kept informed and treated very well. Very friendly and helpful.

Definitely the worst experience I have ever had when spending close to a half million dollars. I flew in for the day. Asked if I could get a ride from the Airport to the dealership. Was told to grab a Uber. Now that’s customer service. Strike one for me. While I was there go very little attention even when I had an appointment. Kinda like they were bothered by me being there to buy a coach. Felt like I was being rushed. I ended up wiring a deposit of 30k. Was told it would be a few weeks before I could pick it up. No problem. I just wanted right. That week of pickup my business schedule changed and asked if I could pick up on Saturday. Told they don’t work on Saturday. So I asked about a Friday pick up. My husband and I recently purchased a Millennium coach from Olympia Luxury Coaches. Austin and Brad are very knowledgeable and friendly. Tech Jonathan was great and walked us through all of the electronics on the coach. Gil is AMAZING!!!!! He did such a thorough job on the walk through of the coach. Answered all of our MANY questions!!! He is a very smart? Friendly guy!!! We will definitely do business with them again and Will highly recommend them to others in the market!!!
