Rudest people ive ever delt with refusing to order a part from another store and then hung up on me called back and they told me get off their phone then try call manger had to call dry ridge store to get his name and he still has not called back. Worst store in the are. Stright trash. Thank you dry ridge for your help even though on 5 mins from this store it was worth the drive

I try to avoid this place because Customer service isn't too good. They like to argue when i bring in a part they never seen before. Sometimes parts are cheaper here so thats a plus.

The employee named Dru who works there is fantastic and goes above and beyond anything that you would normally expect. He took the time to look and get to the underlying cause of the problem instead of just just trying to make a quick sale or sell me something that I don't really need. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patience and compassionate . I would highly recommend Dru to anyone who needs help! My husband and I are truly greatful to him! definitely saved the day for us
