This is the worse O'Reilly's store I have ever dealt with! The staff is completely incompetent, it's rare to find someone who knows what they are talking about let alone who wants to help. This store seems to forget of the "never say no policy" and to offer O'Reilly equivalent products, and lack of mentioning things like core charges. Seems like O'Reilly's needs to upgrade their hiring process and require and pay for having standards of their staff. Videos are NOT good training tools either. Seems like this store has forgotten all the "standards" this company has attempted to set. Your team is only as strong as your weakest links and there are some damn weak links. Keep the rare older guy who actually has knowledge over this stuff and wants to help. Get rid of everyone else and re-start wi

Felt like I was just sitting in a shop getting advice from my dad. Not only accurately read and explained the code my car was throwing, but explained to me what the consequences were, the involved repair costs, and pointed me in the right and best direction for a repair.
