Walked into an empty store with 3 grown men standing behind the counter, I asked if they had fuel lines, and I showed them what’s in my hand. One of them said “yea we have fuel lines…. End of isle 4. Went to isle 4 and no fuel lines were there. They had hoses on isle 5 instead so started looking for 10minutes and no one comes to help. Went to the counter and straight up just asked for help. I said “I need to replace this fuel line can you help me select the right parts”. This guy said “fuel lines? We have some back there, you can go back there” so I went to the back to look for the hose I needed. I’m there for another 5 minutes staring at this wall of hoses and no one comes to help. I put what I had in my hands to buy, back on the racks, and walked out. I wasted so much time trying to get

Franz and Ryan were the biggest help. They helped me with the best customer service. They solved all of my problems with clear and direct suggestions/answers. I usually go to autozone but with their service I think I will continue to shop at o'reilly forever

Had a really great customer experience- I called right when they opened and they answers right away. I needed to change a coolant reservoir, and Ryan was very helpful in finding the part I needed. He also was knowledgeable and assisted by giving me tips and tools to change it out. Was very quick and painless. Grateful he was there to help!
