My mother went into the wilder Road location looking to purchase a headlight bulb and help with installation for it, upon entering the store she walked up to counter and met with a guy who didn’t greet her, no smile, seemed irritated already by having to wait on her. Didn’t get his name but he was the only one who looked about 400 lbs. He again seemed agitated to go outside and look at the vehicle and without hesitation said oh no this is nothing we can do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We left immediately and decided to try the location on Center, so glad we did! We were greeted by Brady with a smile and with no problem at all he installed the headlight within minutes!! Brady is the definition of great customer service! He is a wonderful asset to this company and represents it to the fulles

Rich and Dan were extremely helpful and gave me their honest expertise. I would highly recommend you coning down the service is great and the staff is friendly.

I was just in here the other day looking for a last few items. I was immediately greeted upon entering. Employee “Garrett” was of great assistance!!! I needed an air filter and cabin air filter, and he had both of them quicker than I’ve ever purchased one… with options too! If you’re looking for speed and accuracy, this is your location. I highly recommend this store!! 👍👍🇺🇸😁

I was there today and the guy can't remember his name helped me out big time with my headlight and fuse he didn't have to advanced auto refused to help me but this guy at o Reilly's didn't Awesome service

Wrong hours on google along with also having the open sign still on while being closed. Update your hours on google if it's not the correct hours.
