Staff was "friendly" I came in because my battery went bad and was under assumption that my warranty was still good. Turns out the warranty policy had changed from 4 yrs to 3..I was informed that I would have to pay $274 or so for another battery. I purchased the battery in 2022..never ever will I purchase anything from any Oreily at any location. They lost a customer.

Talked with Ty at the parts counter very informative about what parts I needed and helped me find the part I needed, 5 stars

Taylor helped me jump my vehicle with her car after the charger wouldn't cut it, all staff was patient and very helpful.

Carlos was the best! I’ve been to plenty of auto parts stores and never met someone so willing to help and it was very cold outside. I’m forever thankful for Carlos assistance with helping me with my light bulb. Something so simple helped me provide for my family safely at night.

Things have definitely changed here. Asked for 5 minutes of help to change out a tail light bulb on a Colorado. Nope. Sorry we can't help you it's against our policy. Normally wouldn't say anything outside the fact my buddy recommended them because they have helped in the past. Not anymore. Shame. At least Military discount hasn't left. Glad about that.
