Been coming to this store since my first car, and it continues to be my go-to parts store all these years later. They'll go out of their way to help you out and give honest answers about their parts.

Very helpful when I traveled in from out of town and had no tools.

The Harkrider store as well as all the employees are very helpful and attentive. Everytime I walk in they are more than happy to help even when they are at their busiest of times. I would recommend this store to anyone needing car parts/help finding a solution.

I went in here after my brakes failed completely and I was trying to figure what parts I needed. would’ve had to take my car to a mechanic to get them to diagnose (take off all tires, bleed brakes ect) it to know for sure but Elizabeth pointed me in the right direction, (master cylinder) and I bought the part and replaced it and I have braking capabilities again! Saved me 100s of dollars! She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her know how and ability to explain it in a way a gal like me could understand. She was spot on, even when a gentleman who looked at it from big o tires wasn’t sure. She’s your girl! It wasn’t a hard fix, with the bleeding of the brakes being the most time consuming part!

I've been in this store multiple time the past few weeks and the "teenagers" working were too busy flirting and chatting with each other. No one else in the store. She did not know how to look up parts. I had to look up the parts to tell her what to put in the computer. If those kids are in there.... don't go in.... pick another place!!
