I had car trouble while visiting Galveston and was able to drive to O’Reilly and discovered that my alternator was bad. I was nearly 3 hours from home and very stressed! Gil and Jonathan really went above and beyond to help me! They were not just knowledgeable and helpful, but genuinely kind, friendly, and even funny, which made a really stressful day so much easier. They took the time to help me figure things out, treated me with patience and respect, and made sure I wasn’t left feeling stranded or overwhelmed. People like Gil and Jonathan are the reason customers come back. Huge thanks to both of them for turning a bad day into a much better one.

I walked in O'Reilly's to looks for some things for my vehicle. As I walked pass the counter to go down the isle I needed, there was 2 Caucasian women at the register just chatting away no welcome to O'Reilly's , do you need help or anything. As I was looking for what I needed 2 Caucasian men came in the women stop their chatting greated the men and asked them if they needed help which was not offered to me. I stop looking for the items I needed and walked out. Now as an African American man I really didn't think that we had people and places like this in Galveston. I guess we can't judge a book by it's cover even if it's your home town . I guess what I'm trying to say is please be aware of where you shop and if you are not treated the way others are, then spend your money at a place wher

My check Engine light is on there are no Customers here had me waiting 35 minutes He didn’t want to see me and didn’t want to help me if you don’t want to help people why are you working like come on this don’t make no sense at all 5 minutes later a customer came in the store and left telling the man he need to help me out 10 minutes later now the man wants to help me out that’s crazy need to do better

Awesome here's a Helping Review, man named Jonathan at front counter was very helpful/informative. Got me my ignition coil, even pulled up the engine fire/cylinders order diagram when I ask, to make sure I would be replacing the right coil. Cars running again like a Champ again! Thank you!

Thank you, Jonathon, for helping us chose the right fluid for my Stepdads' car. Who knew that instead of regular steering wheel fluid, we needed transmission fluid. By looking it up and making sure what the manufacturer calls for. Thank you!!!
