I bought a brand new battery and had it installed at garner location 1 WEEK later the “new” battery is completely dead and they wouldn’t replace it due to the rain, leaving me with small children in the rain and no solution after spending over $300 with them. Never again!!!

Good acknowledgeable customer service, very clean and organized supplies.
The service was great, but our meals were not 5 star. My steak was okay and the general opinion from our group was similar to my opinion.
A young man, who I believe was named Alex, helped me today and gave the best customer service. He was so patient with me while I tried to ask multiple questions and deal with two small babies at the same time. He is the type of person that every company would be thankful to have working for them.
