O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went in yesterday to buy wiper blades and got a sweet deal. Due to my own fault, they were the wrong type. I went back in today and the same associates who were there yesterday were also there today. I let them know that I was struggling to put the new blades on and Pedro tried himself. Once he realized they weren’t going to fit, he took the time to find the proper type and installed them for me! I recognize that this is part of the service but the time, patience, and dedication he provided was truly remarkable. I don’t regularly need to buy things for my car but because of these two, I will consider stopping by this Oreilly’s first. I appreciate these two!

Busy auto parts store that is easy to find the parts you need to fix your machine. I needed a starter, and arrived on a busy day, Pedro was professional, courteous, and helpful, he provided a positive experience. They have equipment to test alternators and starters and these people know what they are doing. Consider this store for products to maintain your vehicle year after year. They have a large selection available, tools, cleaning supplies, waxes, batteries, some hardware and towing equipment.

Just needed some light bulbs for my markers. The salesman came over and grabbed them for me when I was looking. Lot of help here. Usually have what I need. Great place

I went into this store at 830pm one night I needed a battery for my car. Walked in saw this guy roll his eyes at me. I thought how rude this guy doesn't even know me. I start looking around for someone who works there and the guy sees me looking and goes....yeah? I was in shock THAT GUY was the worker here I couldn't believe the horrible customer service he had ....but I still asked him for a battery for my car he says the cheapest one is 250 something I having researched the batteries they have in stock on their website for that store says there were 2 other ones significantly cheaper then 250 I ask him about those and show them to him on my phone and he ROLLS HIS EYES AGAIN!! SAYS yeah we have those but who knows if they will fit ur car I said could we see?! I pay for the battery and he

Juan did an amazing job today helping me find the right wiper blade for my car. I've been looking for the rear wiper blade for a year now and he found the one! Big thanks. I can actually see out of my rear view now. 😁
