Great service, friendly staff! Highly recommend this business

Went in and delt with not one but two very rude employees. I know very little about cars and went in looking for color matched paint. It was like every question I asked was a big inconvenience. The one older guy who could help, must of clocked out, and he wouldn't even answer a simple question without being rude. Shoutout to the younger employee, he was the only helpful one there. I wasn't going in expecting top quality customer service, but this was a few grades below. I'm not one to post bad reviews normally but this was just sad.

I can't say enough about the great folks that work here! They were all so very kind and helpful when we were stranded 500 miles from home and had an issue with our truck. Extra shout out to Sarah for not only her great customer service, but also for caring. Thanks Sarah, Marty and Zach!

While traveling, I had a wiper come apart. Found this store, and they had what I needed. While I was paying, one of the workers went out and put the new ones on. I wasn't there for more than 15 min and back on the road.

It took me quite a while to get waited on but I think that was just due to the time of day. The counter person that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable about what I was needing and got me taken care of very quickly. I do not live in Hannibal but would definitely return to this store if I needed to.
