I cannot thank Joe Prince enough for the help he gave me yesterday. My car wouldn't start in the freezing cold while I was on my way to a job interview. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts Hanover, MA which was near the parking lot where I was, and Joe came, worked quickly in the intense cold without complaining, and managed to get my car running, taking it to his O'Reilly store and installing a new battery in no time, outside even in the freezing temperatures. His professionalism, kindness, and speed truly transformed a terrible afternoon into something positive. I ended up getting to my job interview on time and got home safely. I attempted to swap out my Mom’s old wiper blades in the parking lot at Advance Auto Parts just down the road, but one of the wiper blades I pulled from the package were broken. I went back into Advance Auto Parts and the gentleman refused to exchange the blade for me. Granted, it was the second time in a row I pulled a broken wiper blade from the package, so I understand his hesitance, but I never even left the parking lot. I hadn’t done anything nefarious with them. There wasn’t some wiper blade scandal going on. I was just trying to change them out for my Mom as a good son does. Annoyed, I went down to the O’Reilly Auto Parts to buy another wiper blade of the same brand as I didn’t want to deal with the gentleman at Advance Auto Parts again. ORIGINALLY POSTED 7 MONTHS AGO BY MISTAKE FOR O'REILLY'S IN CEDAR LAKE. SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANOVER MA... I went in last week for head light bulbs and the salesperson/tech could have tried to sell me the most expensive ones but was honest and did not. I didn't catch his name but kept the receipt and it seems his name is Pete. Truthfully I have never had a bad experience at the Hanover O'Reilly's or any other that I can recall. They take the time to explain something if you're not exactly sure on what to do. I'm really sorry I didn't double check before posting this review the first time because the staff at OReilly in Hanover have helped me out with parts knowledge and purchasing for as long as the store has been open. I'm guessing 15 - 20 years and I hope it continues for another 30 - 40
