O'Reilly Auto Parts

My battery completely died in their Hartselle store’s parking lot. Even though I was able to purchase the battery there, it was recommended it be installed by a “professional”. One of the employees, Ralston, took the initiative to say he knew how to do it and did a great and speedy job. Very professional and outstanding employee! He needs to be promoted and moved on up through the ranks…not a lot out there like him.

Great people, always seems to have what I need

I just wanted to brag ,and say Thank You, to the people working today 01/26/25. My 77 year old mother drove up from Gadsden, Alabama to attend her great granddaughters first birthday. It began to rain and her windshield wiper, all but fell apart. She stopped at the Hartselle, Alabama O'Reilly location to get new wipers. She said that they didn't try and pressure her into buying expensive replacements, but asked what she needed. They then installed them for her. She said that the man helping her was so nice! "Very, very nice actually!" Thank you for taking care of my mother and doing so with great kindness and professionalism!

When here the other day to get my car scanned and the guy that helped me just said oh it's your O2 sensor and turned away. I stood there like ok what is that he said I'll print it out for you, handed it to me and turned around and said can I help someone else... Like really the females is the ones you need to help cause some of don't know what we are doing. Needless to say I ended up having to go to AutoZone and they broke everything down for me. Rather go there then here

I will no longer visit this location. Staff is consistently rude. During my previous visit I overheard them making fun of me thinking that I didn’t hear them. Too many immature high school kids there that lack customer service skills. It’s unfortunate because I have always been an O Reillys customer before their counterpart businesses. If I need to return to O Reillys for parts in the future it will be a different store out of town. I hope they find better candidates because the current ones are not fit to be in any kind of customer service and also lack knowledge on the parts they’re selling. Very disappointed.
