good customer service! i walked around and couldn’t find what i was looking for. i asked the man at the counter for help, and he gladly led me to what i was looking for and even pointed out different options

Overpriced with poor customer service. Seems to only have ONE employee on staff at any given time. The rare moments there's more than the one; the other runs to the back as soon as a customer enters.

I have never had such of a wonderful experience at an auto store. Melissa was hands down the best store associate I have ever encountered. I have had such huge problems with my car and when my battery decided to go out, I felt like this was it with my car. However, Melissa made the purchase and replacing my battery incredibly easy. She certainly needs to be at the top of this auto parts chain to train others on how to make customers feel that no matter what, they will get your problem solved.

This particular store has some amazing employees. I have been maybe 3 or 4 time but my husband goes to this store alot. let me say Kyle is knowledgeable about every car that comes in, Jonathan has been very accommodating, Brent is very honest and sweet, Melissa is very straight forward and she is amazing in management. most stores I go into, they typically all over the place but this store. it made you feel welcomed even when you don't know anything about cars or parts. I dont know who the people are in the back but they definitely try to help as much as they can. Thank you, and I will continue my business with this store. it does get packed so just work them.

Yesterday I went in to order a new set of taillights with lenses for my car and met Melissa. She was so sweet and helpful as I walked through the door. I ordered the parts in which was available 2 hours later to come and install. As soon as I came back, she had everything ready for me along with her tools to borrow. After getting started, she came and checked on me and helped me through it until the end. She is definitely in the right profession since she knew every question I asked her. She is such an asset to this company due to her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge. O’ Reilly’s is so smart to have hired Mellisa since you could tell that all the customers loved her. Thank you Melissa for all your expertise and your uplifting personality!
