Having code P0420 catalyst issue. Went in to see if the guys could loan me a 10mm socket for a few minutes to pull my coil packs and check the spark plug coloring. One of the kind workers up there suggested that I get a cleaner product to run with my gas tank. Still waiting to see if the stuff turns off the check engine light or not. Three stars for customer service alone with raise to 5️⃣ if it works.

Ever since I stopped seeing Jack at the store, it's been absolutely amazing. Whatever store that guy's at is the one you do not want to go to avoid that man at all cost.

Very helpful. I had to to replace wipers on a Mini Cooper S. There were no rear window wipers that fit. Whoever helped me went above and beyond to modify a rear window wiper. Sweet! It works fine. Now that is commendable! Free installation to boot.

My husband and I were traveling from Jacksonville to Savannah to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and we started hearing an odd sound on our car. We said, “quick, we need an O’ Reilly’s.” We stumbled into this location and met Todd who said, “dang, you just need duct tape and zip ties!” After a quick fix and Todd’s help, we were on our way!
