O'Reilly Auto Parts

My husband went to get a spark plug for the weed eater (Craftsman). 1 spark plug, no one wanted to help him and when they finally did acknowledge him, they told him they would have to order it. A SPARK PLUG!! An auto parts store that doesn't have spark plugs?? REALLY??? Went to Autozone, no problem Saturday, February 28

Customer service is unmatched. I bought a new battery and brought the old in without realizing I left the battery sensory on it. Came back to get it, only to realize it had fused onto the terminal of the battery. Everyone came together and used their precious time and hard effort to get that thing off. They didn't have to do all that for me but they did.

There were a few people ahead of me and all I needed was a socket set to change out my Coolant Temp Sensor...(19mm deep well, btw)...I left my socket set at home and I'm traveling for work. The guy was informative to the people ahead of me and there was a lady who showed me where the tool sets were and advised on them based on price. If there were more stars I could give, I would! Specifically because of those 2 employees! Would recommend to ANYONE in the Laporte area (where I'm working right now) and also recommend to traveling workers who don't have time to shop around. They'll help you get what you want and check you out in less than 10 minutes!!

A code popped up on my van yesterday and the Assistant Manager ran the codes , googled information for me, and even checked under the hood! Wayyy more than I was expecting... I'm very thankful and wanted to share that :)

Great customer service and everyday parts needed are always in stock. The store manager Russ is approachable and will bend over backwards to locate "hard to find" parts. He requires his staff to provide the same level of customer service he does with no exceptions. This O'Reilly's location is definitely the best one to go to for your auto and motorcycle part(s) needs! Thank you.
