Over priced. Staff is rude. Needed a common special tool. Their website said they had several in stock. They did not, but I was told that if I paid $10.0n for a $12.00 tool they could have it in a week. No thanks.

Chris replaced the AGM battery for us when the current battery was dying, i.e. 6 years old and 12.2 resting voltage. Although it was getting dark outside and getting cold, Chris got it done with no hesitation. He was receptive, knowledgeable and thorough.
