I came to Robert’s auto with a strange diagnostic problem with my ford bronco. It took some back and forth to find the correct solution, but Rob, Heidi, and Kenn were all fantastic in following up with me to ensure the problem got fixed. Their professionalism and customer service are top notch, combined with a local feel where you can truly tell that they care about their customers and their community. They will have a future customer in me for these reasons. Thanks again!

So thankful for Roberts prompt service and transparency. I needed a second opinion on my vehicle inspection and Roberts was able to get me in next day. I truly appreciate Kevin and his transparency he provided me the opportunity to see under the car along side him and give me insight/educate me what was going on. That willingness to show and explain made all the difference. I left feeling a lot better about my inspection—they were honest.

Incredible experience here. Car broke down while I was passing through. Needed a major fix on new years even and they fixed it right up for me. While waiting I saw over a dozen people come through from locales to travelers like me. I saw them shuttle locals to there house and back while repairs were being done. The frount desk staff is incredibly so very knowledgeable exsplaned everything to clients here. They deal with everything water pumps oil changes tire rotation engine maintance and more. Best part is they test drive your car before you leave to make sure everything is is working order. I wish I lived around here because this would 100% become my go to mechanic fair prices, friendly people, and so efficient love this place.

Meant to write a review a while back but just had another great experience! Heidi and Ray were both helpful, patient, and kind when I had an issue with my Volvo hood not popping. Ray took the time to show me what was going on and make sure everything was fixed properly. They clearly care about their community members and treat their customers very well. This is my third time coming to Robert’s Auto and will certainly not be my last! Highly recommend!

My car was a hot mess. I needed all 4 brakes and rotors done. They were able to fit me in almost next day. They weren't able to finish due to some other emergencies that came in, and I needed my car to get to my parents for the weekend. They graciously gave me a loaner which was super appreciated. The gals at the front desk were funny and sweet and just so kind. I truly appreciate them! This is our second time bringing one of our cars to Roberts and we will definitely be back for more when needed (which hopefully won't be for a while ;-) ). Also, the office dog, Solo, is legit the sweetest boy of all time. 15/10 would come by just for the chance to pet him! :-)
