I recently had a problem where my pickup truck would not start in very cold weather. I had already replaced the battery and the issue continued. I was about to replace the alternator, but then went to OReilly's and talked to John. He advised me based on what I was experiencing, to replace the starter. I followed his advice and it worked! The truck now starts like it's brand new, regardless of how cold it is. I'm so grateful for John's advice, it saved me $300 in parts, not to mention the labor I would have spent, had I gone with my own diagnosis of the alternator. Thanks John!!!!

My husband went to the Marion IA location, to purchase a brake light bulb. Not only did they have it in stock, the assistant store manager (Heather) installed it for him! He said Heather was professional, polite and very helpful! She really made is day! Thank you, Heather 😎

Needed a new battery, they had it in stock and allowed me to change it in the parking lot and supplied a rachet and sockets. Nice and personal. treated me well!

Depends on who's working...id say 90% of visits great exp. The most recent visit, employee helped me out greatly. Was in to motorcycles so also gave advise on fix issues. They will try to price match best they can w other stores. Highly recommend. This was marion...but most location are similar positive exp.

The desk clerk was knowledgeable and efficient identifying the best solution and part for my engine!
