They were closed Sunday when their website says they are open till 8pm. Also their location in Google maps is incorrect. Otherwise they are great.

The support staff in Austin mn are knowledgable, pulled the part I asked for, and had it ready to go when I got there. In Mason City, Iowa, they ran a computer check twice helping me find answers. Unfortunately, one of them was driving the ugliest truck I'd ever seen.

Chandler was awesome and went above and beyond helping me with a battery.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff from the Store Manager Kane to his helpful staff. They will answer as many questions as you have, as well as making sure to let customers know that if something is not fully understood, they will continue to help you, until you do. Whether you're knowledgeable, or just doing your own repairs. Customer service is a top priority, and they do it well.
