O'Reilly Auto Parts

I just want to appreciate Brandon. I called in looking for a thermostat for my 2022 Jeep, and nobody else had it. When I walked into the store, he already had it ready for me at the counter. He was knowledgeable and even informed me on the phone that the thermostat doesn’t come by itself but includes the whole housing, which I thought was truly important to know. He made everything so easy with excellent customer service. He was quick and respectful as well.

Most of the time the people there except for the managers are kind of short like I'm bothering them. They've been out of stock things just not real happy with the place

The only parts store I use in Orangeburg! Customer service is unmatched, extremely knowledgeable about parts, warranties and compatibility. Conchetta, Wallace and the rest of the staff are always pleasant to deal with. IF you cant find a part call Conchetta, she definitely goes above and beyond to get your part or the direction for you to get it! 10 out of 10!!!

I came into the store today for help with windshield wipers. I was immediately shot down by the woman in the store. She stated yes we have them but we won't be installing them!! WELL for 1. I never asked her to have someone install them. And her reasoning was because it was raining. Well it wasn't raining it was a misty rain. I walked in without an umbrella. 2. I could've just bought them and took them home to have them installed. She was VERY RUDE, and if this is how O'Reilly wants the company represented they won't make any money. I left and went to Advance and was helped, he put the wipers on because as I said it wasn't raining. Great way to treat a customer.

Terrible service. Made me remove 2 month old battery's to test to fulfill a 3 year warranty. Only to put it on the machine to tell me it will take an hour and a half to test. Their best answer was go across town. Go there. -edit: Went across town to the location on Calhoun Dr. and the service was polite and as helpful as usual, as I have had great experiences in O'Reilly's for many years.
