Called this O’Reilly about an hour before close with a non-starting car. Tim Thorpe (sp?) answered the call and had fantastic customer service over the phone. He asked a bunch of questions over the phone and helped diagnose/confirm that it was a battery. I couldn’t get it jumped (bad cables?), so I called him back. Based on the additional questions/answers, he continued to think it was the battery (less and less lights were working in the car). I had my wife drive me to O’Reilly right before closing and bought the battery he recommended. He walked me through multiple possibilities and helped me further after his shift. The new battery was the fix and helped me avoid a tow and repair shop expenses for a simple battery on a very cold night. O’Reilly was also open 90 minutes longer th

Lost a receipt for headlights yet they had my info and was able to exchange for the correct ones no problem. Also got together everything I needed for an oil change and boxed it up. John was very helpful and did a great job. His hand tattoo was also very cool. Great job John!

Called and spoke with Johnathan re a thermostat for a Chrysler. They had one left and he had it ready for me when I walked in the door. My husband sent me with a list of items to purchase along with the thermostat and although we had to call to my honey to verify the specifics he asked all the right questions and knew his stuff. Pulled all the items for me and boxed them up. Super fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks sir you rocked it

Called asking for brake pads, and was told the cheapest were $70 when I knew they were supposed to be somewhere around $50 because those are how much they were when I’ve bought them in the past at the store in new Prague, when I got there they had the ones I wanted for 47.99 so I was lied to, when I told him that the ones I wanted were the ones for 47.99 and he said he doesn’t want to sell them to me because he said they’ll hardly last, but he kept trying to insist that they wouldn’t last even though I personally haven’t had much of a problem with them, and on top of that my shop account wouldn’t process in the system even though I’ve used it at plenty of stores all over Minnesota

I was having problems sorting out a lo beam headlight issue. I am used to my older vehicles having just one hi/lo beam bulb. Two guys working 4/2, 8:30 pm, pointed out the fact that I had two bulbs. Humbling, but they got me sorted out, light working, and on my way. Greatly appreciated! Give these guys a big thank you! Abe
