O'Reilly Auto Parts

I went in last Friday around 630 to get some good wipers for my car so sick of crappy cheap one that sucks, anyway this nice young man sold me some rainex ones and installed them. I couldn't be happier with them they are awesome and I do appreciate his wonderful customer service!!!

We were coming through Rushville Indiana and our boat trailer tire was about to blow. We had a spare by not a jack. We stopped at O'Reilly, as it was the first Auto Store. We asked to just borrow a jack. They had a beat up one sitting in the front lobby, they said we had to purchase one. Called Advanced, they said come on down we got you covered. Showed up 2 minutes later. The manager had the garage door open waiting for us. Loaned us a jack and got us back on the road, over a Holiday weekend. Thank You ladies!! We own an Auto Garage about 30 minutes away and spend alot of money at each location. This is something we will remember during our purchasing decisions.

Good people working here but they are under staffed. Why is their one person working a Sunday around noon?

Most of the time they're pretty decent at the O'Reilly's in Richmond and treated me well to great but asking them to test special alternators Well that's not going to happen. If you have a Honda vehicle, don't ask them to test anything. They can't or don't want to.
