O'Reilly Auto Parts

I have been loyal customer for about 5 years . I bought a pontiac g6 and fixed alot of issues through Oriellys. I now own a 2007 5.3 silverado and 2 months ago alternator went out . Went to Oriellys purched new battery and alternator. The alternator lasted 1 month. Oriellys replaced it and 16 days later I started having issues with that one. I paid $224.00 for that one. I wanted to return it since it still was working and was told I couldn't. Once you hook it up to truck can't return it. So I took it out and purchased a better one that cost $338.00. My truck is doing great now. I pretty much gave Oriellys $224.00 and have nothing to show for it. That's pretty much steeling in my book. I have not 1 good thing to say about Oriellys. Why sell something that will not last 1 month that's

Went in for some batteries and duck tape. They guy that helped me was very friendly and seem like he knew what he was doing. I returned my cores later that day and he remembered me. That’s very unusual these days. Thumbs up to this one.

Franny did an amazing job with working to find our starter and battery. And the gentlemen replaced it very well

I went to O'Reilly Auto in Ruston, LA. The workers were friendly , professional, and very helpful. I needed a battery, coolant, steering wheel fluid for my car. The worker checked my battery and verified that I needed a new one. He took the old one out and replaced it with the new. He also poured the fluids in my vehicle. Great service. I gave a great tip 😉. Excellent service.
