Called yesterday about my battery warranty and asked if they had the battery in stock, they say they do and i have to get here through uber because my car is out. I get there and they don't have the battery i needed, but rather one they thought could be substituted. So now i have to uber to the next oreilleys hoping they don't make the same mistake.

I came into the store with a lot of respect, as I always do, I shop here for nearly everything. Unfortunately, the way Ashley spoke to me today felt very condescending, and I found her tone disrespectful. I've never had an issue before, but l left feeling really disappointed with how I was treated. I hope next time I'm helped by the familiar team members who always go above and beyond to make the experience positive and respectful.
