O'Reilly Auto Parts

The man that helped was very polite. Had a great sense of humor when we told him we couldn't change the windshield wiper. He was quick. I love O'Reilly's. I never go anywhere else anymore

Delivery truck did not come as announced, staff was fine.

A competitor's store shipped the wrong parts to me. The parts were needed TODAY. So when I saw on the O'Reilly website they could be here by 3:20 this afternoon I ordered. By 4 PM I still had not received a confirmation of delivery. So I decided to stop by to see what was going on. I was informed after I got there that there was no parts delivery for today. Had I known the website lied to folks in order to secure orders I could have saved a few bucks, ordered from Amazon, got the part delivered to my door step instead of a store for pick up. I'll just order the rest of my parts from Amazon in the future. No sense paying more for worse service.

Moved back to Scottsboro after 15 years away and swung by to pick up some wiper blades. Blake treated me right with excellent insight, patience, and competitive price matching. Highly recommend this location based on how I was treated on a small purchase. Customer service is a thing of the past in a lot of places now but not here.

I have been trying to get my light changed for awhile now! Came into town and one place tried and said they couldn’t do it, so I went here and the guy Evan and his coworker had my light replaced in no time! They were both really nice! Thank you both very much!!
