I honestly think it's the worst O'Reilly store I've ever been to.Every time I've gone there to buy brake lights or license plate lights, they've always claimed they don't do that and can only sell me the lights... Good customer service and was prepared to replace my direct, install headlight if I couldn't myself.

Eric and Sam are very helpful and professional. My service was fast and easy.

Lucas saved our road trip tonight! An hour before they closed, we pulled into the parking lot because one of our wiper blades wasn't moving and we had just had the windshield replaced, which made us think the company didn't reattach it correctly. Lucas walked outside, in minutes fixed the problem and replaced our old blades with the newly purchased ones. We were back on the road in no time and could safely drive through the rain. I know they don't do repairs, but the outstanding customer service and willingness to help out was so appreciated - thank you!!

You should honor the prices on your shelf. It’s not the customers fault that your staff walks by a 3 month old sales price and doesn’t care enough to take it down. Do better
