Anytime I’ve gone into the Wallingford location I’ve had a pretty great experience with the staff there so that location is always my first choice when shopping for items, parts and everything in between instead of autozone which has been my go to for decades. My last visit there a few weeks ago was pretty amazing. The staff went above and beyond my expectations that day. I wish I could remember their names but it was two guys working together and I ended up spending about 3hrs in that store and spending money of course. Unfortunately I purchased all the wrong size fittings to repair my brake line on my motorcycle. I finally made it back tonight in hopes of exchanging them for the correct size. There were 2 Guys working there and one of them was new and I believe he said the other gentlema

I haven't been to this location yet and I was impressed with how clean and organized everything was. I needed some spark plugs for my car and they were very helpful and had what I needed in stock at a great price. The manager Kimberly helped me and she had a very upbeat attitude and it made for a great experience. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Poor customer service, even greg was making comments that made me feel sad for his wife. Y'all really shouldn't be okay with that energy and not giving poor effort or having negative establishment aura
