5 Stars isn't enough! This place deserves 10 stars! I ordered a new car battery for my subaru for pick up, but issues arose and Devin went way above and beyond what any customer service would expect! Devin THANK YOU SO MUCH! Happy customer and will recommend this store to everyone! If you don't need to go to a dealership, go to O'Reilly's!!

Bought a pair of RainX wipers in Sep. they were very expensive, but left streaks on my windshield, went back and they could not find my purchase on the computer. After contacting there corporate office, they gave me a invoice number, returned to the store and the worker at the desk looked it up, replaced the RainX with Bosch wipers, they work great, the gentleman, I dealt with was super polite and knowledgeable, would have given a five star, if not for first visit.

I drove way out of my way just to make sure I got to my favorite auto parts store. I was a little confused about what type of coolant to get for my car but Conor was a big help and I was on my way in no time!

Bought a battery at this site. When I got home to install it in our UTV, we noticed the battery was old (11/24)! When we brought it back the next day (WITH THE RECEIPT), we were told that WE were trying to pull a “fast one”. BEFORE BUYING A BATTERY HERE CHECK THE BATTERY DATE!! They are selling OLD EXPIRED batteries! Don’t leave until you check the date!

Vary professional and customer service oriented much appreciated the extra effort put in by the manager and employees especially the employees that reflects greatly on the management in fulfilling each customer parts need I heard there's management influence involved in both in Weston and Mosenee O' Reilly's stores
