Great staff and excellent service. We came in for headlamp bulbs, but we weren't in the car that needed the bulbs. After checking the computer, Kyle recommended that we bring the vehicle the bulbs were for in so he could be sure he sold us the right part. When we came back the following week, he remembered us. He checked the car, told us what we needed, and then recommended that we get a qualified service tech to do it (the engine compartment is tight and the process will require special tools). My husband has been there before and likes the store. I'm super impressed by the friendly, professional service. We didn't buy anything this time, but we'll be back. :-)

I ordered signal light bulb 2375A ,this morning and I went out to get it. I went in the store I wasn't greeted, fine everyones not there yet, however I said good morning in my cheerful voice ( and the guy who just walked behind the counter didn't respond, I look at him ( Grinch) told him I was picking up light bulb for McIntosh he put it on counter, I said do you need my ID he said he look at it, he asked did I want a receipt I told him know. Please business owners most customers just want good customer service it cost nothing for a person to greet a person, he needs to work on his customer service. We are spending our money, we are choosing to patronize your business/ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FREE

I went in to buy an accessory for my car, but the two guys working there didn’t seem interested in helping or doing business. O’Reilly should really consider providing them some customer service training

A little pricy. Over $50 for 2 SilverStar bulbs. I also was shocked at the "less than pro" quality bargain tools by the registers. Great people and always willing to help.
