A lady back into my 2006 Avalanche. The damage was pretty serious. Collision center got the job to fix my truck back to original 😎 They did an outstanding job repairing my Chevy Avalanche 🤗 The job was done 2 days earlier than they was thinking 😎 Staff was extremely helpful 👍

They were recommended by The Hartford. Their estimate was 2,600 dollars. Went to pick up the car when done but the hood would not close correctly. They said there was no other adjustment. Took the car to Dual Mine shop and they found 5,600 dollars more in damage plus parts put on incorrectly at O'Reilly's.

I took my car in for a quarter panel estimate and repair. 2 months later and they still hadn't given an estimate and said they haven't found a part for my vehicle. 1 quick Google search and I pulled up a ton of the part needed. I called Chapman repair, and within 20 minutes of calling I was able to drop my car off for repair. Would highly recommend anyone who needs auto work done, to head over to Chapman collision on Palo Verde in tuscon. Very helpful and fast work

We brought our 2018 Acura in for repair work on the rear bumper because I was told they could get the car in quickly and repaired. The repair took over three weeks. The customer service was terrible. The local rep was not friendly or helpful. The car was towed to a Tucson body shop. We were given a contact for the Tucson location. Tucson reps were never available, nor did anyone ever call back. We had to constantly call for updates. Customer service and follow up was terrible. When the car was completed, we were notified by the towing service that the car was being delivered back to Green Valley. My visits here were great. Hank took care of me for both my cars on Friday. He was professional friendly and very helpful for my unfortunate reason for my visit after I was hit in my Corvette. My other car was damaged in the big hailstorm we had last week. Hopefully I'll have more luck in the future! I look forward to getting my cars repaired and looking there best again. I highly recommend that if you need bodywork of any kind you'll be glad you went to see Hank at O'REILLY'S collision center.
