DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. EVER. If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called “repair shop” charged me $3,700 and kept my car for over a YEAR—and after all that time and money, they STILL didn’t fix the original problem. Let that sink in: A full year. 365+ days. Thousands of dollars. And my car came back with the same issue I brought it in for. Plus more issues. Every time I asked for an update, I got a different excuse. “We’re waiting on parts.” “We’re almost done.” “It’ll be ready next week.” Next week turned into next month. Then next season. And still—no real progress. The level of disorganization, lack of communication, and complete disregard for my time and money was beyond unprofessional—it was borderline fraudulent. Never ever deal with this business. This establishment over charges and can’t get simple things done. They was to put my transmission in but they made every light on my dashboard come on and all screws came out my 2010 VW CC from under the car. They left all my sensors unplugged and also made my electrical power steering stop working and caused oil leaks. I had to take my car to browns motor work in Columbia and they had to go behind them to get my car running right again.

Had $2500 dollars of A/C work done because they have a mechanic on staff. Started having A/C problems. Car was still under warranty and they had an attitude about checking it out. Will never take my car back to them. I don't trust them.

Had a transmission problem on our journey home from Florida to Ohio. They stayed past closing to diagnose the problem and then fixed it the next morning. The car ran great the rest of the way home. I highly recommend this place of business. Just the nicest honest people you will ever find!!!!

These guys bailed me out when I had unexpected transmission issues on the way to Charleston. They took me in immediately, diagnosed the issue and had me on my way in less than one hour. I couldn't have been happier with their service and responsiveness. If I lived close by, they would be my transmission guys forever.
