This is my husband’s absolute car wash. Even if he has to drive 20 minutes. Josh has amazing customer service. Check out the carwash!! The app is so easy to use as well.

I am tired of wasting my money paying for an unlimited membership each month when this is the quality of Carwash that I get. This is ridiculous and it isn’t the 1st time this has happened in both the touchless and soft touch automatic wash bays. These pictures were from last week and I had to immediately pull into the self service wash bay to rinse all of the soap off and spent another $13.75 on top of my monthly membership fee I already pay. Another major complaint is the dryers in the automatic bays are horrible as well and I immediately have to pull out and spend another 20 minutes drying my car off, that is of course if there isn’t soap all over it still! I want to support local but the customer service here is horrible and the wash is even worse. Do better if you want to continue to

Wash is average. Rinse sucks. Dryers suck. App sucks, oh wait we only have it on ONE phone from years ago because you can't download it because it is not on the App store and they do not give a shit. But they sure take your money and then go radio silent. Time for a BBB complaint

If you want soap residue left on your car then this is the wash for you. Both the soft touch and the touchless. And the dryers are horrible. Trying to support Derby businesses but it's difficult when they aren't good. And they want to charge $30 a month but you are unable to download their app unless you have an iphone. Nothing like telling half the customer base that they mean nothing to you
