Car broke down in Deming on saturday evening. This was the only shop available to call. A technician (not Jose) was sent... told us he was on his way and showed up 2 hours later claiming to have had vehicle issues. We waited around while he misdiagnosed the issue twice (first all injectors failed then burned fuse) ... went to walmart to pick up fuses assuming that was the issue... walmart is 5 minutes away.. he came back over an hour later (11pm) to put in some new fuses and find out it wasnt the issue and assumed it was a grounding issue. We were charged nearly $300 for improper diagnosis and no option to help. The best thing he did was give us the recommendation for Mitchels.. which diagnosed and fixed the issue (ignition coil) within 3 hours of having the vehicle ($475). It seems like P

Jose saved me today with his amazing service with a smile, timely support and VERY reasonable charge for services. Jose is awesome, had a truck with a bad trailer rim on the side of the highway, he showed up within an hour and changed it out and took care of it. He was polite, upfront and efficient. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

When everybody else is closed on the weekends these guys show up with knowledgeable people, helpful resources, and fair prices. You can't really ask for more.
