Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! From the moment 1 made the call to the moment I walked out of the store, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I called needing a part, and the phone interaction took less than 2 minutes-super efficient. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Blaiz, who took great care of me with professionalism and a smile. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, completely satisfied. Great prices, great people, great parts-can't ask for more!

Typical car parts shop. Bunch of random parts and tools and a kid bored to death behind the counter. He was helpful

I called. They confirmed they had the part. I went and picked it up. The fella who handled the transaction did so efficiently and with a good attitude.

Walked in, to do some business. Both gentlemen were on the phone and didn’t even acknowledged I walked in. I ask him where do I need to go to exchange or replace my battery/get it tested? Still there about three more minutes the other gentleman come walk by me or I don’t know what, went back over there sat down on the phone. That’s what I knew. The struggle Is Real!!! . never again while I look for business through Parks auto parts. Horrible customer service.
