Friendly honest and reliable service professionals . They always are upfront and direct with repairs / cost and guarantee all the work performed . John C my service writer is polite and funny sense of humor that just makes my service visit more enjoyable. He is always honest never tries to oversell me on repairs needed and James the shop manager is the most down to earth honest and most considerate service professional I have met. I've been on road test for suspension noises and other concerns and he always tell me exactly what is the issue with my vehicle. The entire dealership is the old school mom n pop type dealership that actually takes care of the customer. You want straight forward honest and reliable service with a smile this is the dealership for you !

It was my new car’s first visit here for maintenance and an oil change, and they even included a car wash service at the end. Everything seemed fine at first. But after getting home, I noticed scratches on the left front door frame and side window glass. The paint was scratched so deeply that it went down to the primer. Although the damaged area isn’t large, this kind of behavior is really unprofessional. No one even mentioned what happened — as if this kind of thing is normal?

Extremely dissatisfied with this Dealer. I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and the adviser recommended replacing the front shocks. However, after the replacement, a new problem arose: the air suspension leaks when parked on 3-4 hours , causing the front of the truck to touch the tires after 3-4 hours. Despite five visits over 1 month and 20 days, the issue remains unresolved. It's clear that the new shocks are the source of the problem, and the dealer's inability to fix it is unacceptable. I've wasted significant time and money. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this dealership.

Beware—this place is a complete scam. The staff is unprofessional and dishonest. They tried to buy my car for less than scrap value and wasted my time. Never coming back and never recommending this location.

Fantastic customer service. Brought my vehicle in for service and it was quick and efficient. The manager was super helpful as it was my 1st time at this location.
