Tried to like this outfit but just couldn’t do it. I tried for two weeks to get an offer for my vehicle and kept getting put off every time I contacted this dealership. Their buyer would promise to get back with me and then would not follow through. I finally sent an email, and only then did the buyer call me. Very slow communication and disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend relying on them if you’re trying to sell a vehicle.

Keep this in mind if you do any business with Pauley Motor: if they need a part for your vehicle, they will order it through DoorDash, not tip anything at all, and have someone that is working a job and trying to make a living drive ten miles from Advanced Auto Parts, costing that person time, gas, and essentially making them pay money out of their own pocket to deliver the part.
