Paulins Tire & Auto Care

Brought my 2006 Nissan Altima into Paulin’s Tire & Auto Care in Saco for an oil change and a front motor mount replacement. Joe and the crew were great to deal with — straight shooters, no upselling, and everything was explained clearly. Work was done right and in a reasonable amount of time. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is one of them. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable auto care.

Stopped by this garage yesterday for an emergency tire repair. The man who helped us was beyond super friendly along with the younger man who worked on the tire. We pulled in there and had immediate help and was out of there within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend this garage. We travel to Maine a lot from NH. If we need anything else in the future we will return to them.

Flat tire at the beginning of a vacation is never a great experience. But Paulins made it a ton better. Five other places told us they were 4+ days booked out, two said they'd "get us in today", these guys did it while we waited.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Before I even brought my vehicle in, he suggested over the phone "you may just need some new tires", even though I told him I had just purchased tires 2 months/ 5k miles ago. My interaction with the man was subpar at best (i dont want to mention his name for safety/privacy reasons- im not here to get anyone fired). His customer service skills were no good. Shrugging shoulders, nasty tone, brief answers. Then when I picked up my vehicle, he was nowhere to be found. Waited at the front for about 6 minutes. No big deal. But he comes out and doesn't even acknowledge me, nor does he apologize for the wait. I was apprehensive about their recommended fix (new tires). I have severe shaking and even on the phone I'm telling him that this is my 3rd set of tires

This isn't where I normally go for service, and I'm always very skeptical of service shops since they have a reputation of ripping people off (normal shop was booked out). I came here because they are within walking distance to my house. I scheduled an alignment- they were running on time and took me right in. As I waited it was clear they had a good relationship with everyone who came in- they all seemed to be regulars. I felt they were very honest and fair and I highly recommend them based on their customer service. I'm happy to have another shop so close by that I feel I can trust.
