Excellent honest, fair, and professional service! I had a great experience with Paul’s Auto Repair. They repaired the AC compressor on my Mercedes, and when a discontinued hose created a big delay, Paul went above and beyond, storing my car for nearly 3 weeks free of charge while I sourced the part. Once the part arrived, my vehicle was quickly repaired and returned. Even though they had to replace an additional belt, do extra labor, and store my vehicle for an extended period, they stuck to their original quote, which was already several hundred dollars less than other shops. Paul was responsive and helpful throughout, and the shop itself is large and well-kept. I highly recommend Paul's, and will gladly come to them in the future!

If I could give Mike and his crew 10 stars, I would. Mike is an awesome, honest, flexible and reasonable person. I was referred to him and I am grateful for that referral. He worked with my schedule when my care needed maintenance. He is understanding of your situation. He has a nice waiting area as well for customers who do not have the ability to drop off their vehicles. Overall, I fully 100% recommend Paul's Auto Repair for any of your vehicle needs.

I’m an auto transporter, lost my driver side rear caliper piston, started leaking brake fluid. I’m in route to FL with two cars and time is really important. Mike got me right in, I mean got it done same day. Everyone and I mean everyone told me may be a week….I don’t know where to begin thinking Mike and his mechanic…these are folks that care about their business and actually care about circumstances and people…I don’t live here but if you do, I recommend these guys 100%. Again, I don’t know where to begin to say thank you…reminds me of what the US use to be…real mechanics

Fabulous work! Amazing turn around, fast. Friendly and honest service, what a pleasure. Even plugged a tire not associated with repair that appeared to be losing air with no charge to me. Nice. I will be back for more work to be completed to other fam cars. Thank you Paul's you rock!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My first time having my car worked on here and I truly can’t say enough amazing things. I don’t think I’ll ever take my car anywhere else. The owner Mike saved the day!! He went out of his way to help me get my car to start and be able to bring it in. So honest and knowledgeable…. I’m usually the type of person that has a friend work on my car in my driveway because I don’t trust shops, but I trust Mike and his company 100%!!!
