Paul's Car Care Center - Summerville

Great experience! Was recommended by Caliber Collision since I needed help but wasn’t in a wreck. Went in for a burning smell that wouldn’t go away, and some shaking feeling while braking. Stopped in without an appt after dropping off kids at school, and worked with Talon. Super nice guy and welcoming. Explained the way they do their diagnostics and that they would send pictures and/or videos along with what they discovered. Next morning they sent over what they found, along with a complete pricing breakdown for my review. Talon called as he was sending it, and walked me through in more details. The work was completed that afternoon and I was able to pick it up that day. Ended up doing the brakes also, and was happy to hear there’s a lifetime warranty on the break pads they use. Apprecia

We took our car to get checked out and at first look, we all thought it was the wheel bearing. After the team here looked further, it was something entirely different and very easily fixed at no charge. I really appreciate the honesty, communication and great work! Talon and team are amazing! I would highly recommend Paul’s car care service. They are very friendly and reasonable prices. They take their time in explaining everything that needs to be done and you don’t feel pressured at all. I will definitely be taking my car there from now on . Talon was very helpful and took his time to explain everything and again I would say if you have a problem with your car take it to Paul’s car care center. My experience here was great. Being new to the area, they went out of their way to get my service worked in to accommodate my schedule. They were very upfront and ensured you understood the service that was being performed on your vehicle. If you like to support local, use them because they support the local community too.

I was referred to Paul’s Car Care by the Asst Manager at O’Reilly’s due to needing a professional to switch out my battery. The guys at Paul’s not only got me in within a matter of minutes, they had me out the door in under 30. William and Talon were both extremely friendly and I was so thankful they worked me in like they did. Car trouble is never fun, but they made it as easy as it could have possibly been. I will definitely use them in the future!!
