My experience with PCC Collision was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend! They not only repaired my car flawlessly, but the attention to detail was impeccable as well (you wouldn't even know there was any damage that occurred). Paul provided fast, high-quality service and offered me a generous cash discount since I was paying out of pocket. He was also flexible on the price of parts, allowing adjustments if OEM parts were found cheaper at certain dealerships. I also want to highlight an incident during the repair process when my gear was unexpectedly stuck in "Park." Paul went above and beyond by personally taking my car to the dealer. It turned out the shift lever needed replacement, which was fortunately covered under warranty. I’m especially grateful this happened at his shop—it saved me both the inspection fee and the hassle of waiting in line at the dealership.

I was recently looking to buy a used vehicle. Concerned that it might've been damaged previously and already had work done on it, I decided to call up Paul at PCC to see if he was willing to take a look at the car. Hands down best experience I've ever had when it comes to anything automotive. Was involved in a hit and run and the other driver wasn't identified, so it was all on me and my insurance. I had anticipated a huge hassle with paperwork and phone calls trying to coordinate between the insurance and body shop, but nope! After filing the claim, Paul and his team took care of everything from there! I got regular updates throughout the process and everything was explained to me clearly and professionally. I had never gone through the collision/insurance process and was ready to feel confused throughout it but felt totally at ease with how Paul handled everything and appreciated being talked to like a person and not just a customer/client.
