Rob is unprofessional and has no idea what he’s doing. Completely overwhelmed and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I give them a year because it’s a sinking ship. Your vehicle deserves better. Take it to a more professional mechanic and save yourself the stress.

They installed tires on 3 of my vehicles. Great service and communication. Had a warranty issue with 1 tire. It was resolved with no problems. Thank you, Gene

Once again I got very quick service from PA Tire, first thing in the morning. They replaced a bad valve stem on a recently-purchased tire. 15 minutes in and out, no charge, no nonsense. Never getting tires anywhere else again.

Great place. Brian, the shop manager is awesome to deal with. He has always had work done for me that's been very good, on schedule, and at a solid price. Can't recommend this place enough.

BEWARE!!! This place doesn't even deserve one star. Groupon was honored two months, but not this time. Last time, the shop manager tried to convince me to pay him directly in the future, but I told him that the Groupon price is less than his offer. He remembered me the moment I walked in the shop this time and flat refused to honor it saying that Groupon keeps on listing them despite his wish. Also, he has set hours, 8:00 am-9:00 am only on the weekdays for the oil change with Groupon to deter the customers with Groupon. This place is still listed on Goupon, therefore it should have been honored whether it's profitable or not. I'll file a complaint to the corporate president about this shop manager and BBB.
