Excellent place. They met me right away and addressed my issues. I was there to mak we my little brothers car safe. He desperately needed new tires nad they hooked me up so to speak. Mark was Excellent friendly made me feel like he was a long list brother. Very cool guy. I will highly recommend going there for car service.

Manager friendly knew what he was talking about . needed oil change and tire rotation. manager jumped right on it .said about a hr looks good so far .price was good. I will report back. I coming back with her extra car for oil change today. I had a bad experience at the auto plex a few months ago. People come here tell the manager. Ray said hello.

A lot better than going to the dealership! I got a wheel alignment and a full synthetic oil change process was quick and easy and the service advisor was great. On top of that my car feels a lot better. I highly recommend.

This review has taken me almost a year to post because I don’t like making accusations and posting them about any business even when I’m handled unprofessionally and until my assumptions are confirmed and lead me to believe otherwise. I found these guys, starting with the manager, to be shady after doing business with them! Please avoid at all costs! As for their warranty of customer supplied parts, I understood clearly the warranty wouldn’t cover, as is standard with most auto repair shops. This review is based solely upon the lack of integrity and honesty within the business and them taking advantage of their customers without consideration for the reputation of their company! I went to the Pep Boys in Killeen on Friday, Oct 18th after my check engine light came on. This is the same store that replaced my spark plugs in June 2024, and I paid for the warranty (which is good through June 2026). The manager/lead there — Mark — pulled up my account, confirmed the warranty, and then still refused to honor it. He told me replacing the plugs would be “a waste of parts” and “money out of his pocket and his mechanic’s pocket,” and then tried to sell me almost $400 in coils instead. The way he spoke to me was extremely condescending …waving his hand in front of my face, telling me to “look at him,” and using a “hair dryer/curling iron in the outlet” analogy to explain it “so I would understand,” like I was stupid.
